On July 17, Voices, a global voice marketplace officially launched its new Voice Data product during a virtual event. This marked a strategic step into the growing field of AI voice technology.
The product enables companies to train AI models using licensed voice recordings from real contributors across the world. CEO of Voices, Jay O’Connor explained that the solution was built to meet the rising demand for “high-quality, diverse, and ethically sourced” data.
During the event, Voices outlined key use cases for the product, including AI assistants, accessibility tools, and voice-enabled platforms. Senior Vice President of Product Blake Hayward noted that the platform was designed with “scalability and transparency at its core.”
The company also shared results from a recent global project that sourced over 28,000 files from 3,200 contributors speaking more than 22 languages. All content was collected under clear terms and passed through a rigorous quality assurance process.
“We’re helping build the future of voice AI and doing it the right way,” said O’Connor as he concluded the session. You can learn more about the new product by visiting voices.com
